What we collect
When you submit the request form we collect your company name, contact name, email address, phone number, team size, any message you add, the interface language you were using, and your IP address.
Why
We use this information to respond to your access request and, if you go ahead, to set up your account. We don't use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Request details are kept until the enquiry is closed, then deleted within 24 months.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We don't run analytics, we don't use advertising networks, and we don't share your information with third-party processors.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Your language choice is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
How to get your data removed
Email support@flowstateaura.com and we'll remove your data. We respond within 30 days.
