The service

A subscription gives your company access to the FlowStateAura Business Suite: field check-in, order taking, inventory and accounting, for the number of users your plan allows.

Plans and users

There are five tiers: free for up to 5 users, free for up to 10 users with a company email, Growth (11–30 users), Business (31–50 users), and Enterprise (51+ users, by arrangement). A user is anyone who signs in, whether a field rep or office staff.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance. Paying yearly costs ten months' worth of fees.

Non-payment

If a payment is missed, access is suspended after a grace period we notify you of. Your data is retained, not deleted, while access is suspended.

Your data

You own the data your company enters into FlowStateAura, and you may export it at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times and make a best effort to fix problems quickly, but at these prices we do not guarantee a specific level of uptime.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the issue arose.

Changes

If we change prices or these terms, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.
